I really like 戎撫天and 楊義煌's comments on China/Taiwan's future and democracy. I feel that both sides are moving to the right direction with a great patience to each other. Looking back the history, since 1911, too many Chinese lives were sacrificed for the wrong reasons. The real accomplishment for both sides is that now we start to realize the military actions are truly unwise/stupid and people’s living standard and happiness should be the number one concern of a government. The unification should be like a marriage that cannot be forced under a gun. We should always ask that whether ROC or PRC is truly the government of the people, by the people, for the people (certainly not a political party).
