Good day, Dears,
Apologize for the last minute instruction, but pls advise if we can still load the following units below on these slot positions? We will cut out the empties previously located in the slot positions mentioned below. These are XXX units that were previously rolled from XXX. All units are for USA discharge.
Pls also let writer know if there will be vessel delay/restows incurred due to last minute additions.
