Think this new proforma has been running for few weeks already. Anyway for cargo release cutoff/load list issue, they are fine while the stowage layout deadline on Wed 09:00 is too tight for XXX. They suggest it to be given latest prior to Tue 2400 hours. Under this circumstance, may suggest to have scope start time/system bookclose changed to Tue 18:00, scope deadline Tue:2000 and stowage layout Tue 24:00.
