這首歌是1971年電影『兩小無猜』（Melody）的歌曲之一，由英國樂團Bee Gees所演唱，配合電影中兩小無猜預謀私奔的劇情，曲風帶著輕快與稚嫩的青澀，青春正要昂揚，很有生命力的清新小品。
我們都叫小孩子專心課業，叫小孩子不要談戀愛，其實，小孩子的愛慕最天真無邪，最誠實無偽，最彌足珍貴，愛的起點，就是一種單純珍惜當下，珍惜身邊的一花一草，最真實的珍惜；這種年紀的小，反而不會想太多，不會虛偽矯情；反觀大人們所謂轟轟烈烈的愛，總會有一堆令人擔心或不齒的『假鬼假怪』吧！
兩小無猜，譬如清晨，最青澀卻也是最單純，享受著所有當下的美好，當下的關係，當下的擁有，當下的自然，當下的一景一物，當下的真情流動，一切是如此地自然，但，也沒有什麼是理所當然的。除了當下，又有什麼是可以永恆擁有的呢？
縱然，只是每個很稀鬆平常的清晨，一泓清池，一抹斜陽，都很美好，都值得珍惜。不然，你去老人院還是醫院病房看看，要欣賞一個單純美好的早晨，看日出，看彩虹，吹海風，可不一定是理所當然地容易啊！
珍惜當下，珍惜擁有，就從清晨開始。耐心點，你還有一整天要過吶！
