The news makes me think of that Tang Feng, the "minister without portfolio" of DPP administration, who made herself a blooper in recent "Democracy Summit".  Tang is also a semi-transsexual without being castrated.  (Don’t get me wrong; I don’t imply he or she would be a rapist.)  Well, I do respect everybody’s gender identity, I really do.  But I disdain the morbid mindset of DPP: appoint a transsexual as a minister to cater to younger generations and make it look like different from China Mainland. 

Tang may be an IT buff, but that won’t be the only requisite for being a minister. (A minister without portfolio is a minister, anyway.)  DPP administration, you are just toying with serious government affairs.
