Unlike the damp heat in summer time of Taiwan where people are unable to shun it except staying at air-conditioned places, here is a little different. As far as I am concerned, if not being exposed to the Sun directly, the relatively high temperature is not unbearable to me. You know, in the night, I still have to cover myself with a light blanket during sleep, without relying on the air-conditioner, or even an electrical fan.
FYI, in English the hot days in Autumn(秋老虎) is called Indian summer, or old wives summer.
