由Brenda Russell，Jeff Hull，Scott Cutler創作，

羅素相信“每個標題中都有一首歌”，因此養成“收集”她聽到的有趣短語並將其放在筆記本中以作為潛在歌曲標題的習慣。

透過這個過程，她寫下了［Piano in the Dark］的歌詞，因為標題似乎與她的合著者發給她的音樂相符。
