和好友到美國邊境一日遊,由於日前下了一場新雪,誘人的景色讓人身心舒暢,欣賞美景之際,也聊了很多。聊啊聊的,話題轉到我的部落格,她覺得我部落格的食譜,清楚、簡單、易學,她看了躍躍欲試呢。這就是我要的感覺,希望有人因看我的食譜(我可是花了很多的時間,用心經營),而願意嘗試,這是非常非常迷人的事。雖然昨天她告訴我,做了一整天的貢丸,非常滿意成果,但我也怕"它"太累了,我說的是她們家那可憐的麵包機,哈哈哈。
這道粉蒸肉,超簡單,而且味道真是棒!用梅花肉做出來的粉蒸肉,QQ的口感,不油不膩。加大白菜下去蒸,肉片吸收白菜的水分,鮮嫩多汁, 大白菜吸收肉片的香氣,香軟可口,喜歡吃肉的朋友,千萬不要錯過。
粉蒸肉
材料:豬梅花肉 1磅(454公克)
大白菜 6-7片
辣蒸肉粉 2包
大蒜 2小粒
調味料:醬油 1.5茶匙
酒 1茶匙
糖 1茶匙
胡椒粉 1/2茶匙
做法:(一)大白菜洗淨,切成小塊,大蒜切成蒜末。
(二)豬肉切成0.5公分的厚度,
放入塑膠袋裏排好,用肉槌兩面敲一敲。
然後將肉片放入碗裡,加入大蒜、醬油、酒、糖、胡椒粉,拌一拌,
再倒入蒸肉粉拌勻。
(三)拿一個蒸盤,先用大白菜排底,
上面舖一層肉片,
放入電鍋,外鍋放2杯的水,按下開關。
開關跳起,續燜十分鐘就OK了。

I found a recipe for 蒸肉粉 this afternoon, so I gave the recipe a try. It is a wonderful taste. I regreted that I did not try it earlier. As you said, this is an easy recipe. I encourage everyone follows your procedure step by step. However, the taste is not easy one; it is a complicated flavor. I like the texture of 蒸肉粉 after it cooked. I could not find 辣蒸肉粉; however I found top grade 蒸肉粉 (340gram)from D& D Cold Product. Is this what recipe asked for? I think I can add some of hot pepper into it. Otherwise, please tell me which brand of 辣蒸肉粉 you spsecified.
(一) I am sure the 辣蒸肉粉 is not from D&D Cold product.
When you go to the chinese supermarket you can ask the staff,
They will be happy to tell you.
(二)辣味蒸肉粉- CHILI JENROFEN FOR STEAMED MEAT
You can try the D&D Cold product powder, and add spices to it.
Maybe you can learn to create a new tasty dish.

I do not have traditional rice cooker the one you specified. Do you have any idea how do I use my electronic rice cook or something else to steam 粉蒸肉. I have slow cooker , presssure cooker though.Dear Penny,
I remembered you had made Chinese Bun before,so I think you have something else to steam with.
Use that tool then steam about 25minuts.
