檢討不分區朱立倫：建立制度

（中央社記者謝佳珍台北20日電）中國國民黨總統參選人朱立倫今天表示，有國民黨立委提案重新檢討不分區立委提名制度，讓立法院長是國民黨擔任時，沒有任期限制，變成中立性角色，他希望建立制度。

中國國民黨籍立法委員廖國棟連署修正國民黨黨員參加全國不分區及僑居國外國民立法委員選舉提名辦法，讓擔任立法院長者，提名屆數由「連任兩屆」改為「不受限」。

朱立倫上午接受中廣「蘭萱時間」節目訪問時說，這項提案不是王金平擔任不分區，而是制度重新檢討。

朱立倫說，原本制度是立委不分區可以兩任，立法院長多幾任，現在是建立制度，讓立法院長是國民黨擔任時，是中立者、客觀者，沒有任期限制，變成中立性角色，這是制度，他希望建立制度。至於後續國民黨不分區提名待11月討論。
