總統府昨天公布「政黨及其附隨組織不當取得財產處理條例」，行政院將設不當黨產處理委員會，政黨自民國34年後取得的財產扣除黨費、政治獻金等後，推定為不當取得，應移轉為國有。不當黨產處理委員會主委將由顧立雄擔任。

胡文琦說，民進黨上任後，民生經濟法案毫無作為，只會力推政治性追殺、意識形態法案，政黨及其附隨組織不當取得財產處理條例已通過，要指望民進黨懸崖勒馬已不可能，國民黨不會坐以待斃，會窮盡所有可能司法、行政途徑，替國民黨贏回該有的正義。
