（中央社記者曾盈瑜台北26日電）準國民黨總統參選人洪秀柱近日請益行程不斷。黨籍立委今天向她獻策，希望出身民代的她掌握自己優勢，未來政策白皮書應有別以往「專家取向」，更重視立委來自基層的聲音。

中國國民黨政策會執行長賴士葆、國民黨籍立法委員費鴻泰、吳育昇、孫大千上午把握洪秀柱在立法院的時間，到辦公室幫她加油打氣。據轉述，會談內容多著重在討論洪秀柱未來政策走向。

吳育昇說，過去國民黨總統候選人政策方向總是由專家學者擬定，難免會以理論為主，有「由上而下」的感覺。不過洪秀柱是立委出身，相較過去其他總統候選人，也更親近其他立委。應該善用此一優勢。

吳育昇表示，立委平常都在基層，非常了解民意動向，並有豐富實務經驗，主張的政策相對更「有感」。洪秀柱擬定政策白皮書應可以多參考立委意見，或者與立法院近期通過的重要法案連結。例如上會期通過長期照護服務法等。

另一名與會藍委也說，洪秀柱應和立委聯合作戰，擬訂政策白皮書應與立委互相連結、拉抬。1040626
