I don't understand why my parents are so tall and I am so short!Can you answer me this question? what can i do or eat that can help me grow faster ya????!please help ya,i really want to be taller than my mom,which is about 5'5 or 5'6! To be honest, in averge, people stop growing at the age of 16 Your period is not too late or early, it is also normal maybe when u are young (as in 7-11) u didnt do much excerise young age is the most important age, to grow and be tall when period start u wont grow much. i think you should walk everyday or run at least 30 mins, you must do more excerise as soon as possible, because 16 is a age for stop growing其他解答:
