A news from Daily Mail reports that rising house prices have created “million pound towns” outside London for the first time. Three towns in the Home Counties now have average house prices of more than £1million, according to research by Lloyds Bank.

In lakeside Virginia Water, Surrey, the average home costs around £1.16million, while the figure for homes in Cobham, close to the Chiltern Hills in Surrey, has risen to £1.04million. Beaconsfield, in Buckinghamshire, now has an average house price of just over £1million.

          China has released the one child policy since 1979, but it neglected the underlying problems. China’s economic development becomes prosperous, so some potential problems which include the rising of elder populations, the declining of working age population appear gradually. However, China has to confront the situations. In order to solve the pressure of aging population and lacking of workforce, China decided to introduce the two child policy to ease those. When this country’s economic development prospers day by day, it also has to prepare some concrete measures to solve the following problems.

          China who is growing faster and faster, but the question is whether China is ready to solve the underlying problems or not. When the time comes, China is just ready to introduce to policy.
