"Bite one’s tongue" means to stop oneself from saying something. She has high ego so even though I could tell that she made many mistakes that I would still bite my tongue.
"Bite your tongue" 的意思是忍住別說不該說的話。 她有更高的自尊心，所以即使我發現她犯了好多錯誤，我也會bite my tongue。
