在美國 NASDAQ Capital Market 上市的 Hotel101（Hotel101 Global Holdings），近期股價表現疲軟，過去一個月下跌 8%，過去三個月更是大幅重挫 33%。該公司目前市值約為 13.2 億美元，已吸引市場對其估值與未來走向的廣泛關注。
根據《Simply Wall St》的分析，Hotel101 在財務報告中顯示，其房地產開發營收為 7,587 萬美元，但同時也產生了 2,671 萬美元的淨虧損。儘管有報導指出 Hotel101 的價值被市場低估了 68.5%，合理價格應為每股 17.23 美元，遠高於近期 5.43 美元的收盤價，但其高昂的本益比（Price-to-Sales, P/S）卻與同業及產業平均值形成鮮明對比。
目前 Hotel101 的 P/S 比高達 16.8 倍，顯著超越同業平均的 3.4 倍，以及更廣泛的美國房地產產業平均 2.5 倍。這使得投資人開始質疑其當前估值是否合理，尤其是在公司仍處於虧損狀態下。Hotel101 將自身定位為一個旨在全球擴張、具備資本效率的酒店平台，強調透過結合開發利潤與長期營運槓桿來創造價值。
然而，分析也指出其未來發展可能面臨挑戰，例如工程建設期程延宕，或新市場的飯店房間入住率成長速度不如預期。這些潛在因素都可能影響公司未來的營收增長與獲利能力，進而左右市場對其長期估值的判斷。
