台灣本土疫情昨（3）日達到2萬3102例，疫情持續升溫。民進黨立委林俊憲昨晚在臉書指出，防疫下半場的關鍵就是第2劑與第3劑之間20%的差距，盼若無副作用的朋友能夠盡快接種。

林俊憲表示，疫情首度破2萬，但慶幸中重症率並沒有提高。另一方面，他說，第3劑疫苗接種率終於突破60%，第2劑也突破80%，而這中間的20%差距，將是防疫下半場的關鍵。

林俊憲指出，目前醫療量能緊繃的最主要原因，其實並非收治大量的病患，而是PCR篩檢癱瘓急診造成。他說，以各國經驗看來，疫情到這個階段，確診數已無太大意義，所有資源應該優先集中在中重症照護上，因此減少PCR對院所帶來的負擔是必然的方向，指揮中心也已開始進行。

林俊憲說，檢驗爆量等等的問題都可以透過行政手段解決，唯獨中重症率只能靠第3劑疫苗覆蓋率來壓低，這也是防疫下半場唯一重要的指標。他說，只打2劑未打第3劑的這20%朋友，或許各有各的原因，可是將是台灣能否安然度過疫情的關鍵，若非真的無法接受副作用，請趕快接種吧。
