受到華南雲系、東北風影響，近日大雨不斷，基隆更是「雨神同行」，從今年年初至今僅有1天沒下過雨。對此，就有網友好奇查了全台水庫，發現有幾座水庫不到50%的蓄水量，結果遭到眾人嘲笑「你一定是北部人」。

臉書社團「爆廢公社公開版」，23日一早有網友PO文，明明全台都在下雨，為什麼還有水庫的蓄水量超低？原來他透過「台灣水庫及時水情」網站查詢，發現台中石岡壩、曾文水庫、嘉義仁義潭水庫、台南白河水庫共4座蓄水量均不到50%，其中，石岡壩僅有14.9%。

大家紛紛留言解釋「因為沒下在集水區啊」、「有些是當滯洪池防止洪水用，所以平常不會蓄水」、「樓主知道曾文水庫有多大嗎？」、「石岡壩那是攔河堰不是真的水庫，白河是還在清淤泥還沒正常使用，仁義潭好像也是淤泥很多所以蓄水量不高」、「石岡壩921以後就沒功能了」。

也有人反過來嘲笑原PO「你一定是北部人才會覺得全台都在下雨」、「你的全台是北北基嗎？」「全台？你484誤會了啥」、「台北下雨＝全台灣都下雨？」「用台北眼看全台灣」、「只有北部地區雨比較多吧？」「屏東人表示：下雨？」「全台下雨？恆春人表示：都忘記上次下雨是何時了」。（編輯：詹鎰睿）
