伊朗已經與阿富汗塔吉斯坦商議並達成共識,組建瓦罕鐵路探勘歸劃小組,展開初期作業,對此中國尚未做出反應,但是自從中國拓展一帶路的中亞地區大規模投資開發計劃以來,曾經有興建瓦罕鐵路的構想,但是隨者美國長期霸佔阿富汗達20年之久,嚴重的影響到中國拓展一帶路的中亞地區,如今美國撤出阿富汗已經3年,阿富汗塔利班政權尋求轉型,積極投入國家經濟建設及基礎建設,同時與歐美西方國家日本等國交好,建立外交關係,並謀求國際金援投資建設阿富汗,如此一來伊朗也就是說嗅出商機,希望中國同意興建瓦罕鐵路,帶動伊朗,阿富汗,塔吉斯坦,巴基斯坦等國家的區域經濟建設與發展,因為延宕20餘年的"中吉烏鐵路"已經正式動工興建,勢必將帶動中亞地區的經濟發展.........................

Technical Studies of Railway Connecting Afghanistan with Four Nations ‘Completed’.
Afghan Ministry of Public Works (MoPW) says the technical studies of a railway linking China with Iran via Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Afghanistan has been completed.
The railway is expected to run from Chinas Kashgar to Afghanistans Herat, then go through Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan and finally connect with the Iranian railway.

.The proposed 3,200-kilometer long (nearly 2,000 miles) rail link, put forward last month by state-owned China Railway Corporation (CRC), would begin in Urumqi, the capital of Chinas restive western Xinjiang Province, and end in the Iranian capital, Tehran. Along the way it would stop in Kazakhstan (Almaty), Kyrgyzstan (Bishkek), Uzbekistan (Tashkent and Samarkand) and Turkmenistan (Ashgabat), said the paper.

1伊朗長達40年之久被美國吉西方國家經濟制裁,導致餘經濟發展嚴重受阻,影響到國計民生的需求以及國內政黨競爭.
2:伊朗的石油及天然氣無法外銷,賺取外匯改善經濟,如今解禁使得中國,印度,日本及西方國家,開始採購伊朗的石油與天然氣.
3:中東局勢自2023.年起發生巨大變化以色列與巴勒斯坦(哈瑪斯)發戰爭又以色列與黎巴嫩(真主黨)發生戰爭,如今敘利亞政權更換又有新型態的戰爭出現,同時土耳其亦積極的介入敘利亞與美國搶奪北方的敘利亞油田,總體局勢的演變對於伊朗不利.
4:以色列與美國積極備戰準備攻打伊朗,興建中塔伊阿鐵路(瓦罕鐵路)刻不容緩.事實上該鐵路為一綜合性的鐵路,包括客運,貨運及伊朗的石油運輸車等等,傳聞中國有意沿者鐵路線路再興建從伊朗到中國笛石油管線及天然氣管線,如此一來就顯示出中塔伊阿鐵路(瓦罕鐵路) 經濟上及戰略上的重要.
5:伊朗早已與中國簽署長達25年的經濟,文化,旅遊,醫療甚至於國防的合作條約,由於伊朗轉求新式國防武器的採購,已經與俄羅斯(SU-35),中國(J10-C),採購各式各樣的戰鬥機,汰舊換新伊朗的空軍,準備抵抗以色列與美國的攻擊.
6對於中國而言可以加強邊境地區的安全管制,有利查緝走私販毒及其他危險性軍火交易,明顯的確定新疆省西部地區臨近帕米爾高原的戰略位置管控.

Wakhan Corridor or Wakhan Pamir Corridor is a narrow strip of territory located within the Badakhshan province of Afghanistan. This corridor stretches eastward, connecting Afghanistan to Xinjiang, China. It also separates the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region of Tajikistan in the north from northern Pakistan in the south. This high mountain valley serves as the source of both the Panj and Pamir rivers, which converge to form the larger Amu River. For countless centuries, a vital trade route has traversed this valley, facilitating the movement of travelers to and from East, South, and Central Asia.
The Wakhan corridor looks like a little funnel sticking out of the country’s (Afghanistan) northeast, connecting Afghanistan to China, if only slightly. The corridor also separates Pakistan from Tajikistan, and that was its original function — although the separated parties then were Britain and Russia.

.Chinese and Afghan Taliban officials are discussing the possibility of building modern road and rail connections and even an oil pipeline through Wakhan Corridor. With the Opening of the corridor, Afghanistan’s dependency on India will decrease and Indian influence on Central Asian Countries will also be diluted.
