俄羅斯軍事戰略專家分析,中國可能以前蘇聯白楊型洲際飛彈為基礎,成功研發所謂DF-51.ICBM.情報資料顯示出中國成功改良DF-41.ICBM的缺點.將DF-51體積縮小重量減輕,更利於運輸,儲存,發射及後勤補級保養工程,俄羅斯直言中國火箭軍,已完成電腦模擬試射工程,也將於2019年第三季完成實彈試射,試驗可能性,陸基試射,海水下潛射都有可能,俄羅斯軍事情報分析認為中國將DF-51.將在2025年全面佈署服役.

1:陸基DF-51將佈署於中國5大戰區,包括以火車運載發射的改進版DF-51.俗稱末日死亡列車.TRDF-51. 因為路基飛彈發射基地必須建造龐大的軍事基地,包括飛彈發射井,地下室,儲存區,碉堡防禦性工程,地下坑道及運輸道路,駐守軍隊術宿舍,醫院,軍火庫,油庫,倉庫等復雜的土木建築物配套措,施經費頗為高價的固定型飛彈基地,唯一的缺點就是無法避開美國及俄羅斯的衛星偵查.

 

 

 

一般而言中國一營的火箭軍駐守DF-51.ICBM.的飛彈基地是常態性的編制,戰爭時期可擴展到佈署2營的火箭軍部隊.進行24小時作業. 東風-51）采用了地下井冷發射技術， 即壓縮空氣將導彈發射筒內的導彈彈射出井口后再點火發射，將突破現有美國及俄羅斯的熱發射技術， 即導彈在井內點火發射。 而井下冷發射技術導彈發射井直徑明顯縮小， 僅是導彈直徑的1到2倍， 隨著井體尺寸的減少地下井的防護能力卻大幅增加。 據公開資料介紹， 由于俄羅斯的SS-18“撒旦”液體洲際彈道導彈采用了地下井冷發射技術， 因此至少可抗2枚核彈頭的直接命中。 而新一代“薩爾馬特”SS-X-30“撒旦2型“液體洲際彈道導彈同樣采用了地下井冷發射技術，冷發射技術還可使東風-51導彈第一級發動機節省10%以上的推進劑， 最大射程可增加10%至15%， 大幅提高射程或導彈核彈頭載荷， 射程越遠， 效果越顯著。

 

 

 

 DF-51.該洲際導彈上部的整流罩內不是分導彈頭，而是多枚自身帶制導系統和火箭動力系統並可在太空飛行的小導彈，因此DF51導彈本身可以不做成三級火箭，可以為大推力的二級火箭，當DF51導彈發射到我國上空大氣層惡外的太空，整流罩即與下部火箭分離，同時整流罩在太空自動打開在此期間整流罩內10個帶制導與火箭動力的核武器開始點火，通過自身制導系統向目標飛去，這種發射的好處是導彈垂直發射到我國太空，美國的鐳射與愛國者攔截系統夠不著，在中國上空太空展開變成10枚小導彈後在太空飛行根本無法攔截.

 

 

 

 

2:中國將以095SSBN攜帶JL-3型潛射彈道飛彈,進行海域的防衛及攻擊,據聊瞭095SSBN可以下潛深度達水下600公尺左又,以量子學為基礎的無線電通訊系統,聯絡指揮部,截至目前為止,美國及俄羅斯無法監聽及攔截,中國095SSBN的任何通訊資料,美國及俄羅斯深信中國將至少佈署1艘095SSBN,於北極圈的海域水下,肆機而動,因為從北極圈發射具有核彈頭的JL-3.ICBM.可達12000-14000公里,可以覆蓋美國全境,換句話說美國首都華盛頓特區,白宮及5角大樓等黨,政,軍重要的建築物,都在DF-51.R及JL-3 的射程範圍之內,且誤差精度已所縮小範圍在10平方公尺以內,可見中國的洲際飛彈的技術提升,已經與美國,俄羅斯共和國是相同的品質.

3:至於路基包括末日死亡列車.TRDF-51及DF-51的數量不詳,一般推測應該不低於69枚左右,至於095SSBN.可以攜帶12枚JL-3.ICBM.包括備用數量,換句話說中國有3艘095SSBN.那麼總計將有39枚左右的數量佈署於水下的核子戰略潛艦內.

 

 

4:昔日美國與蘇聯的冷戰,雙方簽署限制中程彈道飛彈的條約,如今中國軍事強勢崛起,美國已於2018年宣佈退出所謂的中導條約,非常明顯的指出,要對抗中國,美國已於2019年度軍事預算中,大幅度增加,調整其彈道飛彈發射基地的修護改善作業,其目的就是除了針對俄羅斯之外,就是要防範中國的DF-51的攻擊.?

 

 

5:由於中國不受限於,美國,俄羅斯的限制中程彈道飛彈的條約,可以按照計劃,生產,製造屬於中國的中程及長程彈道飛彈,美國及俄羅斯恨之入骨.

 

6:至於2019是中華人民共和國建國70週年,傳聞將舉辦盛大的閱兵典禮,公開展示DF-51.及其他先進武器屆,時是否公開亮相就知道喇.
