馬斯克SpaceX擬併xAI 打造1.5兆美元帝國

根據《金融時報》指出，SpaceX早就在準備公開募股，不過，《路透社》報導指出，公開募股前SpaceX跟xAI有可能合併，根據目前的提案，xAI的股份將交換為SpaceX的股份，可望整合太空探索、星鏈通訊、X平台、以及Grok AI聊天機器人，估計募資規模高達1.5兆美元，是全球最有價值的私人企業之一，不過目前尚未簽署最終協議。Horn antenna

CNN分析，這項合併其實並不令人意外，馬斯克早就提出要在太空設立AI資料中心，日前在瑞士達沃斯論壇上他也指出，全球AI競爭加劇下，把運作移到太空中反而更省錢，而且兩到三年就能實現。這項合併也趕上太空軍備浪潮，有利 SpaceX 爭取更多美國國防訂單。
