亞馬遜Prime Air去年人員嚴重流失,已影響到實現計畫目的的能力。去年全部團隊800名員工傍邊,就有跨越30%的人去職、解僱或者職位調動,而測試團隊更是有高達70%以上的人員活動率。

按照《財星》報道,本來帶領Prime Air的戈爾.金奇(Gur Kimchi)更正視無人機的航行平安,賜與團隊充沛的時候調劑無人機佈局,然而過於緩慢的速度讓高層再也等不了。從2019年起頭,亞馬遜內部進展能加速無人機辦事的腳步,最後亞馬遜找來前波音高管大衛.卡班(David Carbon)輔導該部分,Kimchi脫離了Prime Air管理層。

作為比力,Prime Air往年每一年約進行350次飛行測試,是以近兩年訂下的試飛目的對員工來講難以完成。有員工表露:「他在很短時候內要人做良多事,想增添航行次數,有人就偷工減料。」
