If you find missing vehicle model or year in Lonsdor K518ISE, for example, I was told that the k518 will do 2015 Ford Fusion AKL, but I can only find Fusion till year 2009. In this case, you can get the system log data and send it to Lonsdor engineer for analysis.
Press One Key Update-> Check for updates, enable network connection and follow steps below to get log data.

Hold these two buttons marked in red above at the same time, you will enter the interface below.

Click “System Information” once and you will enter the interface as shown below. Click the area marked in red for 5 to 8 times in one second continuously and quickly. And then
click the area marked in green once.

You will enter the interface below once again.

Hold the return key of the K518 for several seconds, you will enter the interface as shown in Picture 6. Click “Get System Log”
once and then click “SD Card Scan” once.

After that, connect the K518ISE to a computer and you will find a file called “System Log”.

Then send the system log data to your dealer.
