國內已引進美國鼻樑植入物，矽膠材質外包覆GoreTex，一般認為會比單純矽膠好得多，不會有像矽膠外覆夾膜的產生。外觀為白色，質地有彈性，有I形及L型兩種，下巴植入物也有使用這類材料， 至於鼻整形效果如何，還是需要和醫師做充分的溝通。
