為什麼肋軟骨隆鼻比矽膠自然?

Why the rhinoplastic result of rib cartilage grafting is more natural than the silicone implantation?

1.矽膠無法撐起鼻尖或是撐長鼻子，有的效果多是短暫術後幾個月，不久之後朋友就後悔了，抱怨朝天鼻，鼻孔外露，或是歪斜移位，面對的是醫師閃閃躲躲的解釋。

2.矽膠為異物，一旦使用就開始了異物反應，無一倖免的。放置的位置深度不對，不久就開始晃動，周圍形成的莢膜，讓鼻子鼻背皮膚看起來浮腫，外貌不自然。

3.特別是鼻尖最顯得不自然，皮膚變薄，鼻尖外型加高只因插一根細膠頂起，太過突兀而不夠美觀。所以要找未審美觀好的醫師，否則醫師的確盡力做出他認為一百分的美感，換在別的醫師眼光而言，可能不及格的。
