改錯研析： 

1. I don't have the luxury of time. 

2. Time is the luxury I can't afford.

(1) 「對某人來說是奢侈品」寫成 a luxury for someone ，應該是中文直譯，luxury 並無此用法。

(2) luxury 可當成「享受平凡中的可貴」，固定句型為 afford/have/enjoy the luxury of something，表示某些平淡無奇垂手可得的事物，礙於特定因素卻難以享有，一旦終於可以享受到的時候才體會到那種平凡的可貴，如以下 Longman 例句：

For the first time in three years, they actually had the luxury of a whole day together.

（兩個人可以整天膩在一起這麼簡單的事情，他們足足等了三年才第一次真正享受到。）

(3) 原句意思應該是指每個人的一天都是 24 小時，但對工作繁重的人來說，一天 24 小時顯然不夠用，時間緊湊到每一分每一秒都不能浪費，可以用 luxury of time（閒情逸致）的否定句型 not have the luxury of time（沒有閒情逸致）來表示。
