2. I would appreciate it if you could provide the detailed information for us.

(1) 商務書信中敦請對方做某事的固定句型為 I would appreciate it if . . .，文法邏輯上是「未來式假設語氣」，簡言之就是期望對方未來能進一步做出某件事情（結果未知），因此「主要子句」和「從屬子句」中都要有「過去式助動詞」（假設語氣特性）。 

(2) 原句其實就是「Please provide us with the detailed information.」的委婉講法。

(3) provide 的用法也非常固定，「提供某事物給某人」的表達方式如下：

a. provide somebody with something

b. provide something for somebody

總之沒有 provide somebody something 的用法。
