高雄鳳山有間水餃店，民眾消費韭菜水餃，結果咬下去發現整顆水餃只有韭菜，完全沒有肉，一份賣70元，消費者覺得誇張，不過店家表示價目表上有圖示，像是「豬肉高麗菜」就是有肉，「韭菜水餃」照片裡面沒有肉，有些消費者吃鍋邊素，就會點。
高雄鳳山水餃店，遭指控韭菜水餃「沒有肉」。熱騰騰水餃上桌，這是韭菜水餃，掰開麵皮裡面真的只有滿滿韭菜，有消費者點了一盤，PO文控訴水餃裡面沒有肉，業者還回應，對，一顆7元，消費者直呼會不會太誇張。
當事店家：「有肉的話，我們會標示，就是豬肉高麗菜水餃，會標有肉在裡面，如果沒有的話，我們就不會寫。」
被指控韭菜水餃沒有肉，店家秀出招牌圖片表示，豬肉高麗菜水餃就有肉，韭菜水餃沒標豬肉，當然沒有肉。
當事店家：「有人會問，我們裡面有沒有包肉，我說沒有，客人說沒有（肉），那他就點，因為有很多客人是吃素食。」
店家表示都有標示清楚。強調看板標示清楚，韭菜水餃到底要不要有肉？其他店家這樣說。
其他水餃業者：「豬肉跟韭菜而已。」
記者：「豬肉和韭菜再調味嗎？」
其他水餃業者：「對，對，對，一定要有肉，才會調得起來，只有菜他的調味無法結合。」

韭菜水餃要不要包肉？各家作法不同，其他水餃業者：「（我們的是）皮凍加肉，皮凍多的話 可能化成湯汁了，會有水，對，不是沒有肉，是化成湯汁了。Horn antenna」
其他水餃業者：「如果只有菜，就等於好像是素食的感覺。」
韭菜水餃要不要包肉？各家作法不同，但業者強調已經標示清楚，顧客詢問就會告知，提醒點餐前搞清楚做法，才不會有所出入。
