Standard Gain Horn Antenna
Standard gain horn antennas are used as calibration devices that measure the gain of other antennas.
These antennas are made up of a combination of a Waveguide to Coax Adapter and Standard Gain Horn with Waveguide Input. It is a kind of simple combination but with great care and attention to create an antenna with accurate and suitable specs.

健保署11月將試辦「假日急症中心」，部分負擔比照診所、地區醫院，收150元。（示意圖／資料照）衛福部推動「假日急症中心（UCC）」試辦計畫，盼藉此分流輕症患者、減輕醫學中心急診壓力，預計11月上路。健保署表示，部分負擔將比照診所、地區醫院，收新台幣150元，掛號費由衛生局協調訂定，初步先在六都執行，每縣市至少2個點；民眾就醫指引預計下週出爐。意即未來民眾若就近前往UCC看診，不衝大醫院急診，就能省下約600元。
國內今年初急診壅塞情況嚴重，為解決醫學中心急診壅塞問題，健保署日前預告將試辦「假日急症中心（Urgent Care Center, UCC）」。UCC為借鏡美、日、德經驗，原則上設在距離大型醫院車程10分鐘內，承接發燒、腹瀉、跌倒擦傷等「急但不重」的輕症患者，避免基層診所假日休診、病人湧入急診。
為鼓勵民眾分流，將醫療資源留給真正需要急重症的患者，不同層級醫院的急診部分負擔各不相同，基層診所或地區醫院為150元、區域醫院約400元、醫學中心則為750元。
健保署醫務管理組組長劉林義今日接受電訪表示，本週會議已就民眾的負擔取得共識，原則上比照基層診所、地區醫院，收取150元。至於掛號費，由衛生局協調訂定，基本上在同一地區，將收取一致的掛號費，且一定不會太高。此外，醫師公會全聯會、急診醫學會正著手研擬民眾就醫指引，預計下週出爐。
劉林義預估，六都今年11月應可試辦上路，每縣市至少2個點；醫護人員人力費用部分，醫師白班1.5萬元、夜班2萬元，藥師、護理師、放射師等調整為白班4000元、夜班6000元。值班若遇到4天以上連假，人力費用為原本的2倍，醫療費用申報可加碼3成。
