Problem:

Tried to diagnose a 2013 Jaguar X350 with VXDIAG VCX SE JLR and SDD V167 software. VCX SE connected with the vehicle but SDD said software updates have not been performed recently. But it is the latest version. Any idea?

Solution:

JLR servers being hacked and down since September 2nd, 2025.

SDD has stopped talking for the corporate server.

Still not right just now. TOPIX still works but has limited functionality.

You are not able to connect SDD to server or run update.

If this version does not work, download and install SDD V166. The previous version works fine.
