Problem:

Tried to diagnose a Renault Megane 3 year 2010 with VXDIAG VCX NANO Renault CLIP V219. Sometimes it can communicate with the model, and sometimes it cannot.

Any solution?

Solution:

Start CLIP software as Administrator, and it can communicate normally.
