快過年了. Apple想讓大家輕鬆一下. 首先請看我做的葱油大餅, 直徑八吋(約20公分). 麵是發過的, 餅裡層次分明, 鬆軟多葱. 餅可用小火烙, 也可以用烤箱烤, 吃起來都差不多.
 
這是Apple第一次貼照片-- 色香味俱全的手工葱油大餅.  請慢用.
 
下面是有名的電影對白. 您猜猜看是什麼演員, 在什麼電影裡說的.

葱油大餅做法:
 
. 4杯麵粉
. 一又半杯溫水
. 2湯匙糖(餵酵母菌吃的)
. 7克(1/4 oz)發酵粉
 
a. 材料通通倒在烤麵包機裡. 開動. 等到麵團漲成兩倍.
b. 取出麵團分成三份. 擀成薄餅.
c. 塗油. 灑鹽. 灑碎葱.
d. 捲起成螺旋狀. 擀成圓餅. 醒十分鐘. 此時可洗手.
e. 用一匙油小火煎餅(加蓋)至金黃. 翻面去蓋稍煎加色.
 
    or brush the dough with oil, bake at 350 F, until golden.

"最喜歡看電影"的人怎麼可以當掉?

James還是太年輕了, 對老電影不熟悉.

可惜那隻龍蝦, 頭太大. 都是硬殻兒, 否則... 嘿嘿

電影對白
Judging from the movies, it looks like you are pretty senior. Just kidding. The lines in Gone with the wind, Casablanka, Love story are too hard for me. The rest are fine. Very interesting test.

I shall say that you are too young, hehehe...

My daughter, who is now in her 20's, used to watch those old movies. Actually we have them in VHS tapes. They should still be available from the library, if you are interested.

九題, 很不錯了!

即使常看電影的人, 也不見得都能答出. 究竟有些電影已有相當的歲月了.

以前女兒在家時, 常拉我陪她. 我們看了不少好電影, 讀了不少小說. 嗯! 蠻懷念的.

我知道妳看電視劇. 每回妳的格子談電視劇, 我都不吭聲, 因為沒看過.

近來我也開始在電腦上看電影. 就是眼睛好累...

忘了問?

泥看電影都要帶小抄記對白?還是日常也常用這些話?

我們大都已有這些老片子的牒或帶子. 女兒小時常翻來覆去得看; 很多對白就記得了. She memorized the whole dialog of "The Sound of Music".

另外電視上也常聽到流行的片語, e.g. "Show me the money!", " Where is the beef?". 介紹明星時, 也會播出他們的成名電影片段.

再三, 就用 Google 嘍!

我覺得我蠻會用 Google 的, 尤其是醫藥常識方面.
