众所周知，核武器是明面上的灭世开关，核大国都有默契，谁也不敢轻易按。可有一样东西，比核弹更隐蔽，打出去连是谁干的都不一定查得清。日常的旱灾、洪水、飓风、暴雪，地震看着像天灾，其实是人祸。这就是气象武器。

为此曾有196个国家联合要求禁止该武器的研发和使用，可越是被禁止的东西，越说明有人认真研究过，甚至已经悄悄用过。如今只有两个大国掌握该成熟技术，就是美俄。

气象武器不是什么科幻概念。简单说，就是人为改变局部天气，制造对敌方不利、对己方有利的环境。比如往云层里撒催化剂，让本该下在别处的雨提前落下来；或者制造干旱，让对手粮仓绝收；

再或者用高频电磁波扰动电离层，干扰通信和雷达。这类武器最可怕的就是难的是控制和规模。

美国在越南战争期间，就搞过著名的“大力水手行动”，出动飞机往胡志明小道上空的云层里播撒碘化银，人为拉长雨季，把丛林小路泡成泥潭，越南游击队的补给线一度被冲得七零八落，也导致越南洪水泛滥了6个月。

那是人类第一次把气象武器用于实战。行动持续了好几年，直到媒体曝光才收手。之后国际社会炸了锅，1977年逼着联合国搞出一个《禁止环境改变技术用于军事目的公约》，就是ENMOD。

--8/31/2026 in here (this year not in the past since 1997 sep? ) frequently got rain and weather report declared today high to 91. when we returned home on the way our car showed 79, 77(rained for a while) then 85, 87 it raind, stop, rained stop, rained ....arrived home still raining. temperature down to 76, when rain stop tried working yard rain again, then it stop for a while thought can do yard job then rain. cant but gave up.

just check weather showed today 71-86. spouse felt hot as 90 but i felt confortable except humidity high, no need fan.

the only good news been 4 raining days old house basement no flood but need pull off water from well. tomorrow should be 72-93(9/1 changed to 92, whole day fan on), 72-90, 72-88, 71-88, 69-88 rain, 66-84 , 64-78, 68-79, 67-81,     it is 今年很反常今天是最不正常 during on the to home 1st time happened rained, stop, rained stop, rained stop.... all the way to home. it never so frequently short distance can change frequently. what i felt about some thing control the rain. we did know 东边下雨西边晴 but hardly can on the way home kept 下雨 晴 下雨 晴 下雨 晴 下雨 晴...  晴 下雨 (home) i did notice the sky cloud had the dark cloud like a strip (条状 but not widely or very long), can it be  气象武器 testing day ?

ps 9/1/2026 this year the weather forecast is frequently not correctly. we planed to go to check basement flood on 9/1 but it were not sunny as weather forecast declared already raind 2 days due to find out my iphone serious problem caused by the company upgrade another towers if not 600/700 MHz would be kicked off so buzy looking for how to get yearly paied refund and what other companies still allow my iphone, that spouse agreed in the morning when i told him let me alone to check, he stay. later when he saw me carried purse to go, he got hyper accused me cheat him (9/1 to check not ) that he forgot i asked how hard the rain yesterday and himself also saw raining when waked up and he did agree me alone check the basement flood. 

he was very stubborn especially i already told the AI my plan that he worked 8-69 old deserve to have a new mobile as he wants, i would continue use iphone 6 plus then his iphone SE and if bad things happen to him i would use his new mobile. a perfect saving plan no need buy 2 new mobile as we hardly use except problems happens to companies related to us need to call or receive verification code messages.why need to pay higher and higher new mobile $1000-$2000. i even considering if our iphone cant be allowed then buy the traditional landlord phone service (not sure whether die soon) and one new mobile.  

so went to work in yard when raining again returned home he told me a good news the other provide service company exactly same as the AI mentioned(earlier he verified it didnt match after i checked and told AI might be company not yet updated as AI got 2026 updated database,  but not in public)  except the new mobile is more expensive as selling apple , google and samsung products. but he believes can buy cheaper brand such as motorola or else with not locked type in stead.
