5/22/2026 i had trouble to login spouse account yesterday to make sure before pay property tax our bank would receive his retirement income.

the reason is : a couple years ago i did visit website and try to switch ID.me for both that must wait till receive by 2 mails then can finish the resgister. it took months  in the meanwhile my wrote down user name, password in a data file was auto disappeared, that means i have to repeat and wait months. so i gave up completely. how can i so sure it caused by hacker or else until this year found out win11 caused and very likely since 2008 the 1st version of OneDrive (not same name).

while MS never tell out make every one living in the fear, waste lots time to prevent, backup to external devices all failed..really exhuasted in mental and physical. in the past Google searched all point  to hacker, virus until this year cant hide (or protect) MS any more. im not the only one accused MS windows are  psycho thief abuser to torture users... worse to worst. what we buy notebook for but cant sleep well, daily to solve this and that bugs that always mission impossible but waste time and energy.

especially the lousy file on demands that supposed for hardly reopen in old time data files but it touched the just created/modified and saved data files if not immediately would be couple hours later or next couple days. the dirty hand also touched external devices now even c:\users\username\documents in stead limit on \users\username\OneDrive\documents

any solution just for temporary then forbid forever. no one can allow to kick off OneDrive, Move files, files on demands even you pay for Cloud to protect your data files.

we still have no problem continue use the previous user name and password until last night. in the beginning i tried to receive code by text that passed then his email that found cant login his email account either.             

when google searched which showed : yes, you are not allowed to login your spouse email account... it never happened before or didnt have the problem so not inquire.

i crossed my fingers set the property pay date and today to make sure, i told spouse his 2 accounts cant login, he also had trouble to login SSA and began hyper upset, kept moaning he cant deal any more. so i called SSA told her to make a note for me that :

1. did government ever think of seniors almost 70 old and 80 old hardly can deal with these security related then change their login ways

2. from what i saw not hackers or foreign countries attacked but win11 OneDrive and Move folders. what is good for to change it as data files auto disappeared or hided whenever need cant find.       

3. i should tell her usa companies steal clients money. but i hold my mouth that would get me in trouble. even google searched shows win11 also impact usa companies. i am prety sure it does especially when utilities (and others) company thru 3rd party to collect their service fee, 3rd paty companies are cheaper, smaller not security professional so more and more data leaks happen without ending. 

after i told her spouse is 79 refuse to change his username password that i did help him replaced the email address which exposed in darkweb but  he wont accept. and i am nightgale type working late evening can they provide form or else so can represent spouse to call for informations. (she told me we can call in stead online login). 

So she needs me to answear questions then make appointment for both. i did tell her we hardly visit their website except need to know pay date for pay property taxes related. she also told me a rule that is the date will receive. the question is if frequently use i will remember but once per year (most years no need call) even a month later already forgot since this year (i can tell my memory began a bit loss, especially the data files daily auto disappear so many years damage my memory)

ps 5/23/2026 yesterday after hanged off , i told spouse when we visit local SSA branch office he should tell worker why refused change usr name, password and not replaced the exposed dark web email address. he was very neurvous but in the end saying he would admit it. there is no shame for 79 old refuse to make any change because cant remember new changes. myself also hate to change password that companies related to us request at least 12 characters, every now and then (3? months) must change... very tired and the key is no safe place to store users and passwords. certainly there is app provide to manage your all usernames and passwords. spouse was hyper immediatly use it and completely loss control that he didnt sense it is high risk when you let some one (or app) do the jobs, i kew it as login allowed pin then forgot password while the pin cant apply all MS itself which need password not pin then screw up. 

when the app cant login SSA because SSA changed, i cant login his accounts which i suspect from 5/21/2026 only his notebook can login his accounts by unknown OneDrive or MS accounts new rules applied. i decide to find an attorney for us before too late that if bad things happen to spouse i would lose all. a couple days ago we visited bank investment 2 agents who inquired do we need attorney i shaked my head as are each other beneficiary. when we returned spouse told me he wanted to find attorney this year soon that i am the only one inherit all of our things or i might be requested to go to the court and judge decide whether i get all. i was neurvous immediately inquired him anything wrong about his body. No but the doctor also remind him give him application papers (that hospital always did the same thing) and even he signed that only apply his medical portion not included property, money.

to get what belongs to me (or vice verse) and manage his things cant but have attorney. that i can see more and more complex not what we thought it should be such as wife is the only one gets all  unless spouse has will to list others as beneficiary as we have no kids and i never see any his family i knew for many years that spouse kept saying he already cut off and no contact when i suspect those weird thig happening must be some one knew us even i didnt mention them (according to spouse they got jobs that cant frequently come and stealing with some returned repeatedly) .

i told him i am sorry his side cant get anything from us but i cant forgive as whoever the uknown psyco thief and abuse my body is(it could be more than one). to me if only if spouse wont tell whats going on, every his family side is suspect. And if i die earlier i would adding a condition : if we both die anything left i want donate to China because i went thru the horrible marriage life without ending torture me in usa, without our ancestors left the valuable cultures especially 预测 sucessfully transfered my mind (not focus on looking for the answear why and who did to me, what i done deserve it...spouse mouth is sealed) i already sent to 疯人院 or died.
