--blackscreen happened on 08/12/2025 till 08/27 agent solved pinned document disappeared partially, it is agent reinstall win11 but used 22H 22621 not original manufacture installed win11 version. it indeed a horrible period and left serious cant update to 25H2 problem behind. isnt MS should be responsible ? how can we expect agent in short time to know about client machine to select the correct win11 version for pity victim? not mention loss a lot pinned data files. this is why i wont wait till MS auto update to 25H2 because too many problems dont wont go thru 2024 MS killed my notebook by 24hrs updating and agent help to solve 2025 black screen ended a diaster installed 23H2 version 22621 cant auto update to 22631 nor 25H2 now.

PS i made copypaste KB5062170 related but was auto wipped off, the good thing my hard working didnt wipe off in the same file that i wrote down by compared spouse and mine services.msc and i tried to make those services in my pc same as spouse such as i disabled some services or set manual not automatic..., hoping can solve not updating 25H2 problem. however i dont play PC game so disabled 4 xbox related services wont cause any bad side effect.

12/26/2025 Good news trouble shooting report 3 errors down to 2 (same as the day before but then 2 became 3). not sure which i changed can reduce the error.
