the next time need contact MS tech (got the ticket number) to perform [2/16/2026 4:55:52am updated task] without the error side effect.

PS it didnt show pinned document same happened when MS tech tried to solve black screen then installed 23H2 win10 (not win11 manufacture installed) all pinned data folders disappeared, called many times finally got qualified to restore pinned data folders but lost many data files, i bet it repeat now.
verified users (administrator, guesttester, user-name, public) most are empty file folders similar as black sreen recovered symptons. decide call MS tech support.

2/19/2026 due to my pc got MS updated on 02/16 cant but use spouse pc to login bank account for 2/17,2/18 till today use my pc then found different pc got different investment account balance ie 2/19 total balance + loss $1131.80 is not equal 2/18 totally balance seemed stole $74.04
2/19 Account Holdings (total balance), activity details (total balance) and account summary (total balance) got 3 different (total balance) which should be same so it bcame : Account Holdings (total balance) - account summary (total balance) = - $39.06 (short) account summary (total balance) - activity details (total balance) = -$55.69 (short), Account Holdings (total balance) - activity details (total balance) = $16.63
however 2/19 account summary showed loss -$1,131.84, activity details -$1,131.80, and Account Holdings -$1,131.82.
is this why can stole $74.04 ?
could it be different pc saw different version ? same machine got 3 different total amount but the loss quite minor difference ($xxx.82, $xxx.84, $xxx.80)
it happened before that not daily verify my account (that should be the same as spouse as can see both accounts) then found it seemed stole huge money.
