東北季風今（5）日上午抵達，北台雲量增，轉有局部雨，花、東也轉有局部雨，中南部山區午後有短暫降雨；明日至週日受到東北季風影響，北台灣稍涼，東半部有局部雨、大台北東側有局部短暫雨，國慶日天氣曝光。

吳德榮在「三立準氣象·老大洩天機」專欄表示，今晨4時各地仍大多晴朗，東北季風前緣接近中。截至4點53分各地區平地最低氣溫約在20至23度。

吳德榮提到，今上午東北季風抵達，北台雲量增，轉有局部雨，花、東也轉有局部雨，新竹以南多雲時晴，中南部山區午後有短暫降雨。冷空氣不強，北台因雲多降雨而轉濕涼，高溫下降幅度大，低溫下降幅度小，其他地區氣溫略降。

今日各地區氣溫：北部21至28度、中部23至33度、南部23至34度、東部20至33度。

吳德榮說，明日至週日（6至9日）東北季風影響，北台稍涼，其他地區氣溫略降，東半部有局部雨、大台北東側有局部短暫雨，當水氣增多時，大台北西側也有短暫降雨；新竹以南晴時多雲，中南部山區午後有短暫降雨的機率。

東半部水氣逐漸堆積，北部山區、東北部及東部有較大雨勢發生的機率，尤其東北部山區。

週日晚間另一股東北季風挾冷空氣南下，桃園以北及東半部有局部短暫雨，國慶日（下週一）白天起天氣轉乾，大台北轉多雲，西半部晴時多雲，東半部偶有局部短暫雨。氣溫漸降、北台越晚越涼。下週二（11日）乾空氣影響，各地晴時多雲，白天舒適、早晚偏涼微冷，平地最低溫約降至16度左右。
