影/肩膀不適轉手臂能舒服?物治師:反而會受傷

上班族長期久坐辦公桌,如果姿勢不良會讓肩膀產生不適感,為了舒緩不舒服的感覺,許多人會透過手臂繞大圓圈的方式,活動一下關節部位,然而這樣的動作,看在物理治療師「SunGuts」眼中,卻暗藏可能導致肌腱撕裂傷的危險,尤其一些已經有五十肩的老年人,把這個動作當作例行運動,更會導致他們症況加劇,SunGuts強烈建議別做這個動作,若是真的想舒緩不適,他更推薦另一個旋轉手臂的動作。

物理治療師SunGuts指出,肩膀和手臂是由肩峰和肱骨頭相連,中間小空隙有一個稱作棘上肌的構造,然而大多數肩膀不適的人,通常都合併有肩胛骨外翻的症狀,除了造成駝背和圓肩,更會讓中間空隙變得狹小,這類具有肩夾擠症狀的人士,若再做出手臂繞大圈轉肩的動作,會讓肩峰和肱骨頭對棘上肌施加更多壓力,導致肌腱撕裂或是破洞,這個看似舒緩身體的動作,反而會讓人受傷,SunGuts呼籲大家停止這個行為,也透露若是肩膀真的不適,可以用雙手抓住肩膀進行小繞圈,不只能夠有效舒緩,也不會對自身造成傷害。1MHz to 70GHz Antenna , Design , Manufacture
