一、結婚日期由結婚人自定，舉行儀式場次請洽各地方法院公證處。
1.The day of Marriage is decided by marry-wanted person,the schedule of rite-holding,please contact to the Judge Notary public office.
二、請至少提前三天（扣除例假日）於上班時間向公證處登記。2.Please at least 3 days before offering your registation to Notary public office(must deduct the stipulated holidays).
三、下列書表用品請向各地方法院公證處服務台、聯合服務處或員工合作
社購買：公證請求書一份新台幣（下同）二元。3.The following papers could be buy at The Information Service & United Service or the Empolyee's Coroperation fellowship.Must purchase one copy of the Notary application form, each needs NT$ 2.00(as below)
四、結婚公證書中、英文本，均由本處打字。4. Marriage Notary Book with Chinese & English version, all typed by our office.
五、將公證請求書填寫後（填寫前請詳閱請求書末端之說明）交各地方法 院公證處服務台登記。5. After filling the Notary applicated form (before writing ,please watch detailed stastement to the end of the form), then submit the form to the each District Judiciary Notary Office, to finish the registry.
六、登記時應攜帶：6. To bring something during the registry:
1] 結婚人雙方之國民身分證（並備影本一份存卷）、最近一個月戶籍謄本、印章及證人二人之國民身分證（影本亦可）。1)The two parties of marriage, whose ID cards(and with another copy for file scroll), the recent one month Houshold certificate, Seal and the witnesses of two persons's ID card(photocopy is permitted).
2] 結婚人為外國人或國外華僑者，應提出護照及單身證明，單身證明如
在國外取得，應經我國駐外館處驗證。其單身證明除應經我國駐外館
處驗證外，須再經我國外交部複驗（單身證明如由外國駐華使領館或
授權代表機構出具者，應經外交部證明）。2) The Married one is Foreigner or Chinese overseas, must offer passort and the Single evidence, the evidence if procured from the oversea, must tested by our foreign consulate office, and also be rechecked by our Foreign Dep.(Single evidence, if supplied by Consulate Chinese oversea, or offered by an Authorized represented structure, It should be certified by the Foreign Dep.)
七、應繳公證費:一千元，例假日一千五百元，需英文證書者肆佰元。
7. Must pay the Notary fee: NT$ 1,000; Holiday:NT$ 1,500; The English Certification : NT$ 400.
八、聲請登記得由一人前來辦理。結婚當天，結婚人、證人均應攜帶身分證 件正本及印章親自到場，提前半小時報到，按時舉行結婚儀式。8.Apply to registration should one person forward to handle the procedures. The wedding very day, the married couple,witnesses all must bring the ID cards original copy and the seals, to come to the place personally, before the half hour of the ceremony, and on time to hold the rite of Marriage!
九、參加婚禮人員，應服裝整齊，結婚人穿不穿禮服都可以。9. The marriage attendants, must wear the trimmed addresses , the very married couple could wear the wedding dress or not , it is permittable.
十、結婚儀式在各地方法院公證處公證結婚禮堂舉行，禮畢交付結婚公證
書正本三份，其中一份供申請戶籍結婚登記用。10.The rite of Marriage would hold in each District Court Notary office's Notarified Wedding Hall; After the wedding, submit three original copies to the Wedding Notary Office, one copy among the three, is offering to apply the Census wedding registration.
