白河警分局關嶺派出所受理報案九龍山上有人跌落山谷急需搶救，經派出所員警聯絡消防隊及救護人員到場，發現幾10公尺下山谷有輛推土機（俗稱山貓），山谷下並聽到小聲的喊救聲，救護人員立即架繩索攀爬到山谷下方，發現張姓男子意識清楚，僅頭部輕微擦傷，經警消合力，於13時30分順利將人搶救至平面道路，幸無大礙，並由消防隊協助就醫。

分局長劉其賢表示：近日因豪雨不段，市民在山區產業道路行走一定要小心天雨路滑，儘量少上山，以免發生意外及危險。
