要將意念的能力增強到清靜的境界非常困難,因訓練過程所承受的壓力,都必須超越個人所能承受的臨界點,才能提昇意念的能力,故非常痛苦,即是逼意念煩亂到足以讓自己發瘋的程度,然後要提醒自己,為了不讓心愛的人或家人或信徒擔心,故要求自己要能吃能睡、別想太多、保持見招拆招的原則,並回顧以前種種成長的經驗來找回對神明的信心,且秉持「人不為己、天誅地滅」的本性,照顧好自己,如此就能讓自己保持清醒和冷靜,即可降低因意念繁亂所造成的痛苦。
Tips for Training Your Thinking

It is extremely difficult to reinforce your capability of concepts to the realm of Qing Jing(you handle things with the fastest and the most efficient way, save the most time for yourself). In the process of training, you will experience excessively high pressure that goes beyond your limit, and your capability of concepts can be uplifted. It is so difficult that you can get yourself insane, but still, you need to remind yourself of not letting your loved ones, your families, and your followers worried. You must keep regular diet and bed time schedule, do not disturb your own mind and hold the belief that you can conquer it all. You may look back on your experience to regain your faith in the Deity, and hold the nature that “every man for himself and the devil takes the hindmost.” Take good care of yourself, so you can keep yourself sober and calm, and reduce the sufferings brought by your disturbed concepts.
