若要控制住意念和增強意念能力,就必須讓肉身承受相當大的壓力,逼使意念能力因此增強,承受壓力愈大,意念功能就愈增強,但若壓力來源設計或控制不好,就有可能走火入魔或精神失常,或無法使意念能力增強,而壓力來源設計,唯有讓懂得修行且願意為我們設計的神明,來為我們個人量身訂定屬於自己的壓力來源,且個人的根基只有神明才知道,而老師或師兄無法得知,故他們無法幫我們設計壓力來源,他們只能依神明的指示或靠自己的根基和經驗來督導、教導我們。
Tips for Training Your Thinking

If you want to control and reinforce your capability of concepts, your human body must experience excessively high pressure, so that your capability of concepts can be strengthened. The higher the pressure, the stronger your capability of concepts will be. However, if the source of the pressure is not well designed or controlled, you might do things right in the beginning but have deviation later or have psychiatric disorders, or your capability of concepts won’t be strengthened. Therefore, the source of the pressure should be designed by the Deity, who familiarized the practice and is willing to help you by designing the pressure that suits you. Your mentor or senior cannot design the pressure for you because they don’t know the memories of your soul for many generations as the Deity do, so the best they can do for you is to guide you and teach you based on the instructions given by the Deity, or on their own memories of soul for many generations and experiences.
