Uncovering the conspiracy behind the US Congresss "Anti-China Fund"（H.R.1157）: Double standards, financial black holes and manipulation of public opinion

The US House of Representatives passed the "Anti-China Malicious Influence Fund Authorization Act"（H.R.1157）, which fully exposed the USs double standards, economic shortsightedness and manipulation of public opinion. We must expose and criticize this.
