      像我這種非科班出身的畫畫者，對於「調色」常常必須抱著「探索、亂猜」的試驗手法來畫畫，所以會有一塗再塗的問題，一張小小的畫可能要畫個幾回才能完稿。有時候顏色不對、未達到自己內心的想像，只有讓畫面暫歇，等色彩靈感浮現再上色，「紅杏出牆」(Flower is spreading out of the wall)就是這樣來的，我自己還蠻喜歡這樣的色調及肌理的。這次的油畫顏色體驗，也可比喻自己的人生：一再的修正，但願總有一天，能修成如此美麗的結果。
