（中央社基輔6日綜合外電報導）烏克蘭基礎建設部長庫布拉科夫表示，自2月俄烏戰爭爆發迄今，一艘懸掛外國旗幟的船隻首度抵達烏國港口，該船將裝載穀物，運往國外。

路透社報導，在伊斯坦堡由俄羅斯、烏克蘭、土耳其和美國人員組成的聯合協調中心（Joint Coordination Centre）監督下，烏克蘭正努力恢復糧食出口。

庫布拉科夫（Oleksandr Kubrakov）表示，這艘懸掛巴貝多（Barbados）國旗的貨船Fulmar S號停靠在烏克蘭的切爾諾莫斯克港（Chornomorsk）。

他在臉書發文稱，「我們正竭盡所能，確保港口可以接受更多船隻。我們計畫在2週內恢復每天接受至少3至5艘（外國）船隻的水準。」

根據庫布拉科夫的說法，烏國的終極目標是每月透過黑海港口運出300萬噸穀物。
