Standard gain horn antennas are used as calibration devices that measure the gain of other antennas.
These antennas are made up of a combination of a Waveguide to Coax Adapter and Standard Gain Horn with Waveguide Input. It is a kind of simple combination but with great care and attention to create an antenna with accurate and suitable specs.

乳癌為台灣女性常見的癌症，但早期患者完成治療，仍面臨復發的風險，台南成大醫院指出，醫界已研發出特定的乳癌基因檢測，已有多人受惠，臨床更有三度復發的案例，但得以實施多元防癌措施，並造福親人，並已納入健保給付，有助於國人精準防癌。
成醫黃怡菁醫師分享了一位女性案例，病友在30多歲時確診早期三陰性乳癌並完成治療，追蹤多年後，分別於42歲、58歲時在對側乳房再度發現早期三陰性乳癌。經基因檢測證實帶有生殖系BRCA2基因致病性變異，患者在標準治療後，接續特定的標靶治療，並同步進行其他相關癌症篩檢。目前狀況良好，持續於門診追蹤中。
黃怡菁說，生殖系BRCA1/2（germline BRCA1/2）基因檢測，是現今乳癌治療決策中的重要依據，此基因變異不僅顯著提升罹癌機率，也會影響復發風險與治療選擇，檢測的意義遠不只是「確認是否帶有遺傳性癌症風險」，更涵蓋手術術式的選擇、特定輔助標靶治療的評估，以及相關癌症的預防性追蹤，是全面治療規劃中的重要一環。
帶有生殖系BRCA1/2基因變異的高風險早期乳癌患者，在完成手術與化療後，銜接為期一年的特定標靶輔助治療，能顯著降低復發與轉移風險，並改善整體預後。基因檢測不再只是風險評估工具，而是決定治療走向的關鍵依據。
她強調，針對符合特定條件的高風險三陰性乳癌病友，健保已納入基因檢測部分給付，能減輕患者的經濟負擔。成大醫院整合跨團隊照護與精準基因檢測，協助乳癌病友及早掌握風險、遠離復發，守護更有品質的健康人生。
