中央流行疫情指揮中心13日公布，國內新增5例本土個案，包括台南某醫院擴大採檢確診4例與1例北市個案是雙北家庭群聚的同住家人。指揮中心醫療應變組副組長羅一鈞表示，由於這5案都非陰轉陽個案，都是透過疫調擴大採檢才找出，社區風險仍存在，尤其提醒曾與病例足跡重疊的台南民眾，若近日有疑似症狀，皆可主動聯繫衛生單位索取家用快篩。

羅一鈞表示，新增的5例本土個案，其中4例為台南個案，皆與旅遊團衍生復康巴士及台南某醫院事件有關。

羅一鈞說，新增的個案21393為70多歲男性，為鹽水區案21262的醫院接觸者，但沒有接種過任何1劑新冠疫苗，是擴大匡列自我健康監測採檢陽性，無症狀，Ct值為32.6，研判屬於感染後期，後續將進行2採及抗體檢驗。

另新增的案21394為50多歲男性，為台南某醫院藥事人員同場域接觸者男友（案21297）同公司同事，在職場接觸者匡列採檢陽性後確診，Ct值僅19.8，但個案早在3月11日就已出現症狀。

至於案21392及案21422兩人為夫妻，案21392為40多歲女性，於9日出現發燒、喉嚨痛症狀自主快篩就醫確診，Ct值僅14.5，匡列接觸者後發現同住家人（案21422）也確診，Ct值僅19.5，疫調發現，案21422曾去過出現疫情的台南某醫院門診就醫，自3月7日就出現症狀，究竟與復健病患或藥事人員是否有接觸史，仍待進一步釐清。

另1例台北市新增個案，則與雙北感染源待釐清家庭親友群聚相關，羅一鈞表示，案21395是與日前公布的案21359同住的哥哥，匡列採檢確診，Ct值33，初步研判，3人都有可能是本案感染源，將繼續追蹤。

此外，旅遊團衍生復康巴士、醫院事件以及雙北感染源待釐清家庭親友群聚，監測期都至3月22日。

另外，關於新增境外移入個案共58例，以越南最多，共16例、美國及香港(各4例)、印尼(3例)、新加坡及澳大利亞(各2例)、荷蘭、柬埔寨、白俄羅斯、墨西哥、菲律賓、馬來西亞及印度(各1例)移入，另20例調查中。入境日介於今年2月26日至3月12日。
