韓星陳泰賢2024年4月健康檢查時被診斷出甲狀腺癌，6月中旬接受手術，目前已順利康復。與妻子朴詩恩結婚10年的他，過去曾公開領養女兒朴多妃，並在面對流產、失女之痛後，兩人攜手走過低谷，感情始終堅定。近日他在節目中首次公開回憶自己與妻子朴詩恩經歷的痛苦時刻，談到在經歷兩次流產後，夫妻倆好不容易再次懷上女兒「泰恩」，卻在距離預產期僅剩20天時意外離世。

陳泰賢感嘆：「在足月時送走孩子，真的是件令人無法置信的事。事實上，我每天每天都會想起她。」節目中，陳泰賢回憶起當時送妻子朴詩恩進入手術室後，獨自一人面對漫長等待的過程。他哽咽表示：「看著妻子進手術室後，在走回病房的那段路上，我整個人失魂落魄。」透露當時自己已經虛脫到無法站立，甚至是用「爬著」的方式才回到了空盪盪的病房。

陳泰賢坦言，在妻子面前他一直強裝鎮定，試圖成為對方的依靠，但當剩下自己一個人時，壓抑已久的悲傷瞬間爆發。而去年5月證實罹患甲狀腺癌的也曾發布貼文感謝妻子的陪伴，同時希望將剩下的時間都留給她，一番話感動許多網友。如今夫妻倆領養的三名女兒中，部分尚未完成法律上的正式領養程序，原因是孩子們各自有不同的現實狀況，但彼此早已以家人身分共同生活。他強調：「即使沒有法律名分，我們依然是一家人。」
