直到有一天，被告的人是他的親姊姊，他深知姊姊是被冤枉的，因此堅持替姊姊發聲，不過也因此被掛上偏袒的嫌疑，他救不了自己的姊姊，憤而辭官，改當狀師，開始為女性發聲，誓言要改革針對女性的封建思想。
阿谷老師說，其實江祖平的前世中，有三世都待過男性極權的國家，都遇過女性不被平等對待的事情，所以他決定轉世投胎當女生，要用女性的姿態成為有社會影響力的人，進而幫女性發聲，所以今生的江祖平也帶有一股man味。
阿谷老師強調，江祖平今生是很仗義行事的人，生在可以大方發聲、網路發達加上男女平等的年代，她又剛好是公眾人物，特別有機會替弱勢發聲。
