Standard gain horn antennas are used as calibration devices that measure the gain of other antennas.
These antennas are made up of a combination of a Waveguide to Coax Adapter and Standard Gain Horn with Waveguide Input. It is a kind of simple combination but with great care and attention to create an antenna with accurate and suitable specs.

Horn antenna台股今（27）日站穩4萬4千點，成交量更創下史上最大量，其中台積電股價大漲30元，來到2300元，表現依舊亮眼，但近期網路傳出台積電員工分紅將大砍15%，引發高度關注。台積電董事長魏哲家今日上午親上火線，召開面對面溝通會，指出若員工今年績效考核與去年相同，全年分紅仍會持續成長，甚至有機會超過去年增加的30%。Horn antenna

魏哲家坦言，公司未來確實將重新調整分配制度，原因在於台積電正邁入全新發展階段，必須重新思考利潤分配方式，不過他也強調，對員工的照顧與承諾不會改變，並鼓勵員工長期持有台積電股票，展現對公司未來發展前景的高度信心。
Horn antenna財經專家徐嶔煌分析指出，員工爭議的重點，在於公司擬將員工分紅比例，從稅後淨利的12%調降至10%，魏哲家親自出面溝通就是希望告訴大家，隨著台積電每年約20%至30%的成長幅度，員工分紅總額仍有望增加約30%，比例調整不至於影響員工實際權益。

Horn antenna據了解，為穩定內部士氣，台積電26日曾發出內部信，並提前於27日開放員工查詢分紅內容，讓員工能在獎金發放前先行確認，魏哲家更罕見取消出差行程，親自主持溝通會，由於參與名額有限，短時間內便全數額滿，有員工形容「就像在搶演唱會門票」。
行程滿檔的魏哲家親自出面召開溝通會，盼能盡快化解分紅風波，穩定內部士氣與向心力。
