　　中秋連假過後，開車族不用急著加油，國內汽油價格5連降，寫下近8個月新低價。中油公司今(11)天宣布，自明(12)天凌晨零時起，汽油調降0.1元，而柴油價格不調整。由於中國大陸新冠肺炎疫情持續延燒，加上伊朗主動喊話美國卸除制裁，以換取伊朗原油重回國際油市，以致國際油價呈現微幅下滑走勢。

　　本週調價後，中油92無鉛汽油每公升降為29元，95無鉛30.5元、98無鉛32.5元，而超級柴油維持26.8元。

　　中國大陸新冠肺炎疫情不斷延燒，在當局的清零政策下，導致經濟呈現疲弱。另外歐盟為了緩解俄羅斯限制能源的窘境，以及面對嚴峻的寒冬即將來臨，不得不向伊朗低頭，重啟核協議談判，伊朗也喊話美國，希望能讓伊朗釋放原油到國際油市，以緩解歐盟現行的能源危機，並打包票伊朗能供應歐洲能源需求。

　　國際3大油市微幅震盪，結算至上週末，紐約10月期油來到86.79美元，全週僅僅滑落0.09%；倫敦布蘭特11月期油為92.84美元，當週小幅下跌0.19%；阿拉伯杜拜原油以91.46美元作收，週線微幅上揚0.7%。

　　中油公司表示，本週浮動油價調整原則7D3B週均價下跌5.48美元，在新台幣兌美元匯率貶值0.336元之下，國內油價跌幅為3.68%。原本汽、柴油應各調漲3.3元及4.6元，在啟動雙重平穩機制後，汽、柴油共各吸收3.4元及4.6元，因此汽油實際價格每公升調降0.1元、柴油不予調整。
